General Terms

Restrictions:

  • No animals (including dogs, cats, etc.) for any reason.  This event is held on a working farm with farm animals.  For this reason, we cannot allow animals of any kind in the venue. Please be respectful of this.   

  • Vehicles will be subject to a search when they enter the venue. Due to overwhelming security concerns, all vehicles are subject to search before entering the property. If you refuse to have your vehicle searched you will be turned away- no exceptions. For security reasons we will not be allowing any oversized rental type trucks onto the property.

  • No Outside alcohol allowed in the venue.  Liability Insurance doesn’t allow it.

  • Alcohol will be confiscated

  • Alcohol can be purchased in the venue, must be 21 to purchase.

  • No Weapons or Fireworks allowed in the venue.  Any and all will be confiscated.

  • No Illicit Drug use or sales in the venue.  This is in compliance with Federal and Idaho State Law.   

  • No open fires or candles. Campfires and candles are strictly forbidden. Safe camping stoves are permitted, but will need to be inspected.

  • Re-entry is allowed but please be aware that any intoxicated drivers will not be allowed to leave and law enforcement will be alerted.  Upon re-entry all persons must have proper identification, ie. Wristbands, passes.    

  • MEDICAL & SAFETY There will be a medical tent. Please notify any event staff member you can locate of any medical emergencies.

Vendor Details:

  • This is a juried event, so vendors must submit an application and receive an approval in order to vend at Weiser River Music Festival.

  • Attending Vendors are required to promote this event and their involvement on their social media platforms as we progress towards the date of the event.​

  • The 3-day event is Thursday June 13th through Saturday June 15th, and booths will be open from 1 – 6 pm. Set up will begin on Thursday June 13th at 9 am. Vendors must be completely set up and ready to sell by 1 pm. Vendors may NOT tear down early. Tear down may begin Saturday at 6:15pm with all vendors needing to be completely torn down by 8 pm on Saturday. ​

  • Booth sizes and prices will be 10x10, no power, $150 or 10x10, power, $225 for Vendors. Please feel free to bring your own generator if needed.

  • Booth sizes and prices for food vendors will be 10x20 - no power - $300. Please feel free to bring your own generator if needed.​

  • Vendor and sponsorship fees are non-refundable. ​

  • As this is an outdoor event, there is no electricity; but feel free to bring a generator.​

  • Vendors must supply their own canopy with weights and supports. It typically gets a little windy in Weiser this time of year, so be prepared.​

  • Vendors are responsible to supply their own tables and chairs, etc.​

  • Vendors will be responsible at all times for their booths and merchandise. Burlap n Buds Flower Farm and Weiser River Music Festival will not be liable for any theft, loss or damage to Vendors exhibit items, merchandise, wares, or any personal property of the Vendor or its employees or agents.​

  • Please clean up your area, you are responsible to keep your area clean & pick up your own trash & leave it clean when you leave.

  • This is an outdoor event and will happen rain or shine event.

  • This event is for artisans, craftsmen, or other makers of products, including food. Please submit either photos of your products, or your social media handles for eligibility and selection.  No MLM or like businesses will be selected.

  • Attending Vendors will be required to fill out an Idaho Sales Tax Declaration (ST-124) form if selected. A link will be provided in your confirmation email.​

  • Vendors are also required to have proof of insurance and sign a Waiver of Liability Agreement. Vendors assume complete responsibility and liability for all injury to any and all persons or property or in any way connected with a display or caused by the exhibitor, representatives, or volunteers. ​
